The “Mistral” is the domain of our Chef Ettore Bocchia, leading expert in molecular cuisine in Italy, on which he bases an entire tasting menu as well as other dishes typical of Mediterranean cuisine, made using extremely high-quality basic ingredients. “La Goletta” is an informal poolside restaurant. Here, you can enjoy dishes typical of Italian regional cuisine, in which the search for the best basic ingredients and respect for seasonality are essential.
