- Cancellations made 15 days or more before the tour date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 7 days before the tour are entitled to a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- No refunds will be provided after these deadlines.
- In the event of adverse weather conditions that compromise the safety of participants, the tour will be cancelled. Participants will be notified by phone at least 24 hours prior to the tour, and the full payment will be refunded.
